"Bless Them that Bless Thee"

Isn't the blessing "bless them that bless thee" to Abraham, not to the whole of Israel? [Genesis 12:3, Numbers 22:6, Matthew 25:40-45, Luke 6:28-30, Deuteronomy 28:45-46]
