"False" vs "Mistaken" Teachers

Is the mistaken teaching of the modern Dispensational teachers the same as the false teachers & prophets referred to in Ezekiel 13? [Revelation 20, Ezekiel 13:6-8, James 3:1, 1 Thessalonians 5:21].
