Doubting Thomas & Spiritual Realities:
Doubting Thomas believed after he had evidence, but we have to believe by faith, & we get to see the whole picture now of Salvation unlike the people of the Old Testament. Knowing God's Will even through Adversity: How are we supposed to know if it God's will or not to do something when we might be encountering roadblock after roadblock & not clear open doors? Obedience: We need to obey what we the Holy Spirit is telling us to do is the key thing. |

Putting God in a Box:
Even thought we don't believe in Calvinism, we can't put God in a box saying that He can't make people do what He wants, can we? T. Austin-Sparks, Watchman & A. W. Tozer: What do you know about Sparks, watchman Less & Tozer? Did they believe in Christian mysticism? Love the Sinner, Hate the Sinner: We hear all the time the phrase, "Love the Sinner, but hate the sin", but I wouldn't find myself able to love people who murder & rape people. |
