Tribes (Remote Peoples)

Why was Jesus so tribalistic? Why didn't He select from all the people in the region, and not just the Jews? [Revelation 7:9-12, Matthew 28:19-20].

What happens to those people who live in remote areas that have never heard of Jesus? [1 Peter 1:17, John 3:19-20, 1 Corinthians 4:5].

Why is the number specified as 144,000, and the mentioned twelve tribes don't seem to match up correctly? [Revelation 7:1-8, Revelation 14:5, James 1:1, James 1:18, John 1:47].

Is there evidence that the twelve disciples may represent or parallel the twelve tribes? Does scripture indicate that they were they all from Israel?
